Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping methods and delivery time
- United States: 7-15 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7-20 business days after dispatch
- Other countries: 7-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times above are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, at customs, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: USD 9.99 per order
- Free shipping on orders over USD 99
- For destinations not listed above, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location

Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You can follow your package via the link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us if you have trouble tracking your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days of shipment if nothing has arrived). Please include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the packaging and items - we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided in error. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
